What is personal data and what data is processed by Plural?

Personal data is understood as any information of any nature and regardless of the respective support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable individual person (data subject). An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, namely by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

Plural collects the following data and processes the following data:

Identification and contact – Name, address, tax identification, telephone and/or cell phone, email, etc.

History of searches, products that were viewed and budgets that were requested.

What is the manner and the purpose of the collection of personal data?

Plural collects your identification and contact details from your request for a quote or contact form. These details are used to contact you in response to your requests, provide services, invoicing and evaluation of the degree of satisfaction with our services.

The collection of data from search history, products viewed and interaction on the site is used for analysis and improvement of our website and its content.

Plural does not use the data collected for any other purpose.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Plural – Production, Import and Export of Advertising Products, Lda., called Plural, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Plural stores your personal data only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the purpose for which it was collected or, if prior to the execution of the purpose, until the exercise of its right of objection and/or deletion.

Your personal data may be disclosed to a third party by virtue of compliance with the law (Tax Authority, Social Security, among others) and freight carriers in the case of freight transport. We do not provide your data to third parties without your permission.
